THE TEAMS ARE COMPACT AT GATE 4

The longest regatta in the Mediterranean, which started from Venice last 03 November, is located off the Calabrian coast where Gate 4 is located.
The Marina Militare Nastro Rosa Veloce 2024 is about halfway along the path that will take the Figaro 3 to the finish line in Genoa. In this first part of the regatta, which sees Team Città di Genova in the lead, the boats travel quite compactly, in a race characterized by favorable marine weather conditions, all with load-bearing speeds and exciting overtaking. A challenge of the highest level which involves important international sailors, confirming the expectations expressed on the eve of the President of SSI, Dr. Riccardo Simoneschi who underlines how the next few miles will certainly reserve many emotions and the tactical choices of the crews will be fundamental to overcome a stretch of challenging sea like the Sicilian channel and chasing the regatta record to overcome it and win the final victory.
